This car is owned by Mr. Bud Layton of Cross Ga. The artwork is a pastel on William Turner paper and is based on some photographs that were taken at the Occoneechee/Orange Speedway 10/01/2016. Margaret Sue Turner Wright is the young lady waving to the crowd!
